Help with Cravante
Cravante is private AI for iPhone that can keep working without Wi-Fi or mobile data after the selected model is ready.
Requirements for built-in AI
Cravante AI requires an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or a newer iPhone with Apple Intelligence, running iOS 26 or later. Enable Apple Intelligence and wait for its model to finish downloading. iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus do not support this feature. Availability varies by language and region. Downloading the app alone does not make the built-in AI available.
Getting started
Cravante Swift uses Apple Intelligence when it is available on the iPhone. People can also open the Models tab and download a compact model. A downloaded model needs internet access once. After it says Ready, it can answer without a connection.
If an answer does not appear
- Open Models and confirm the selected model says Ready.
- If a download stopped, tap Resume and keep Cravante open until it finishes.
- Close other memory-heavy apps and try a shorter question.
- Confirm Apple Intelligence is enabled if you are using Cravante Swift.
- Restart Cravante and try again.
If storage is low
Open Models, use the menu beside a downloaded model, and choose Remove download. The model can be downloaded again later.
